Standard Possession Order Calendars

These calendars are intended as a general information illustration of the “Standard Possession Order” versus the “Expanded Standard Possession Order” as set out in Texas Family Chapter 153, for parents who live more than 50 miles, but less than 100 miles, from each other.  These calendars are NOT intended as legal advice. The text of your court order may differ from what is illustrated in these calendars.  Ultimately, you must refer to the text of your court order to determine periods of possession.

By accessing or downloading any of these calendars, you acknowledge that the Firm’s provision of these calendars, and your use of them, does NOT establish an attorney-client relationship between you and the Firm, or any of its attorneys.

Additionally, remember that: 1) the school district calendars on which these calendars are based are subject to change or modification, and 2) your order may allow you, or the other party(ies) to make elections to modify your particular possession schedule.
